After analysis, we will implement the appropriate solution in accordance with the T&Cs: adjustment (additional delivery), extension of the campaign, or issuance of a credit note proportional to the unexecuted balance; a refund, if applicable, may be granted on a pro-rata basis for the unexecuted portion, in accordance with the T&Cs and within the limits of applicable law. A full refund can only be considered under the same framework, within the limits of applicable law.

Do you offer a guarantee against the loss of Facebook views?

Our teams regularly monitor campaigns to ensure their proper execution. However, a deleted, modified, or inaccessible post prevents proper monitoring and therefore renders the guarantee inapplicable.
The commercial guarantee cannot be applied if, after delivery, the post concerned is deleted, if its URL changes or becomes inaccessible, or if restrictions (age, country, audience, etc.) limit access. In these situations, the guarantee is suspended or rendered inapplicable and no replacement can be triggered, except in cases expressly provided for by law.
Note: losses related to views prior to the campaign are not taken into account; only losses attributable to the campaign covered by the guarantee may result in a new free online presence campaign to cover these losses.
